We use PayPal as our payment processor.  It is safe and easy to use, and you don't have to be a PayPal member in order to use the system.  All major credit cards are accepted and no credit card information is available to us.
We ship within 48 hours of receipt of order and primarily use USPS for domestic shipments.

Please Note! All clocks and thermometers are hand-made to order. Please allow 7 days for shipment preparation. You will be notified when shipment takes place.

AUTHORIZATION FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT

Please call our customer service department within 30 days of purchase at 720-389-7917 to obtain an authorization to return a defective item for replacement or credit. Any non-defective item also would need to be returned within 30 days and will be accessed a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise will be returned to directly to our facility.

Non-defective merchandise must be in its original inner packaging as shipped by us or our suppliers including protective packaging material to prevent damage during shipment. Inner package must not be torn, marked, defaced, or damaged. Any such returns will be returned at customer's expense.

If any merchandise is damaged during shipment, it will be covered by the shipper (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). If you receive merchandise damaged in transit, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. We will instruct you as to the procedure to follow. Make sure that all packaging including the original outer packing box is retained.
